should we memorize bond length in the sturucture of oxides of nitrogen or is the structure enough?

You should memorise it if you are attempting NEET otherwise you don't need it to remember everything.
In the board exams, there will questions which are based on structure and geometry only.
If you can remember the bond lengths then it will be good for you to score full marks otherwise it not compulsory to remember bond lengths of each bond.
