a. The infected people think that there won't be any symptoms and it will go away on its own. The disease could go from symptomless to life-threatening.
b. Complications can be increased risk of contracting HIV, pelvic inflammatory disease, scarring of the urethra, blindness.
c. Condom is one of the contraceptive.
