Saphonification method is used the all soap???

Yes, soap is prepared by saponification process.
The process is the same for all the soaps, there is the only difference in the method and type of soap like detergent, toilet soap and detergent bar.
For these type of soaps, reactants are different hence their products are different but their derivatives are same which is a metal salt of fatty acid.
For example:
1) Detergent: Sodium salt of fatty acids
2) Toilet soaps or soft soaps: Potassium salt of fatty acids.
