Expert Answer
Cost Price of 20 dozen tofees = 20 x 430 = Rs 8600
Selling price of 1 dozen tofees = 12 x 40 = Rs. 480
Selling price of dozen tofees = 480 x 20 = Rs. 9600
Since, S.P. > C.P.
There is a profit
Profit amount = 9600 - 8600 = Rs. 1000
Profit% = 1000/8600 x 100 = 1000/86 = 500/43 = 11.6%
