Dimensions of the tub are 6 m x 4 m x 2.75 m

Therefore volume of the cuboidal tub (V) = 6 × 4 × 2.75 = 66 m3

Radius of the cylindrical tub (r) = 10 m, let h be the height of water in the cylindrical tub.

Volume of the cylindrical tub (V1) =

Water is transferred from the cuboidal tub to the cylindrical tub.

Therefore, V1 = V

begin mathsize 12px style πr squared straight h space equals space 66
22 over 7 cross times 10 squared space cross times space straight h space equals space 66
straight h space equals space fraction numerator 66 cross times 7 over denominator 22 cross times 100 end fraction
straight h space equals space 0.21 space straight m
straight h space equals space 21 space cm end style

Thus, height of water in the cylindrical tub = 21 cm.
