1) The compression in the spring provides the restoring force to it. This gives rise to the potential energy of the spring.
This potential energy gets converted to kinetic energy.

2) The block performs SHM. Hence, it will have velocity in left and right direction towards its motion. So, option (C) is also incorrect.
 
3) Option D seems incomplete and is also not visible to us properly. But, what we can make out from the option is that it seems correct.
 
So, the incorrect options are (A) and (C).
