Let the particle strike the plane AP’ at time t after the initial projection time and let it strike at P.
 
The angluar displacement made by the plane is (β-ωt). 
 
The horizontal distance travelled = L + l × cos(β-ωt).
 
The time t will be obtained by dividing the horizontal distance by horizontal velocity.
 
t = ( L +  l × cos(β-ωt) ) / ( v0 cosθ )
 
Vertical distance  is given by
l × sin(β-ωt) = v0 sinθ × t - (1/2) × g  × t2 
 
velocity of the particle w.r.t point of impact just before striking is given by
