Let length and breadth of a rectangle be 4x m and 3x m. 
Length and breadth of the outer rectangle is (4x + 2) m and (3x + 2) m respectively.
Length and breadth will exceed by 2 m on the both side.
Area of path = Area of outer circle - area of inner circle
 (4x + 2)(3x + 2) - 4x × 3x = 382
Solving we get x = 27
Put x = 27 in (4x + 2) = 110 m
3x + 2 = 83 m
