Q2.why is a person able to remove dry aluminium foil from a hot oven with bare fingers but burns his/her fingers if there is moisture on the foil??

Ans 2.
Aluminium has a low thermal capacity so it retains less amount of energy. If a person touches the foil with bare hands, his fingers do not burn.
Moisture means presence of water which has high specific heat capacity, that means it retains more amount of heat. So if a person touches the foil which has moisture, his fingers will burn.
