When two mirrors are inclined at an angle, then the number of images is decided by the ratio of 360/θ.
 
Here, 360/θ is even. Therefore, the number of images formed is always n = 360/θ - 1 = 360/60 - 1 = 6 - 1 = 5.
 
Hence, the correct answer is option A.
 
If however, 360/θ is odd, then
(i) The number of images is n when the object is placed asymmetrically.
(i) The number of images is n - 1 when the object is placed symmetrically.
