We need to find the radius R of sphere  that has center at A as shown in figure.
From the given data and as per geometry shown in figure, R can be calculated as 10 m.
 
Angular velocity of Ball-A is   begin mathsize 12px style omega subscript 1 space equals space v over R space equals space 9 over 10 equals 0.9 space r a d divided by s end style
when the two spheres are in contact, their angular velocities will be same at that instant.
 
hence ω2 = ω1 = 0.9 rad/s.
 
hence linear speed of ball-B = ω2 × 5 = 0.9×5 = 4.5 m/s
