Let object-to-lens distance u = 15 cm (in front of lens)
Let object-to-lens distance v = 60 cm (in front of lens)
let f be focal length in cm
lens formula:- (1/v) - (1/u) = (1/f)
as per sign convention :- v = -60 cm , u = -15 cm;
hence (-1/60+(1/15) = 1/f; we get f = 20 cm ;
magnification : v/u = (-60)/(-15) = 4;
Nature of image :- virtual, erect, magnified
