Clock Rule to get polarity of magnetic field of current carrying loop:-
Looking at the face of the loop, if current is flowing in the loop is in anti-clockwise direction, then the face of the loop is North pole.
Looking at the face of the loop, if current is flowing in the loop is in clockwise direction, then the face of the loop is South pole.
 
If we apply this clock rule, P is at North pole and Q is at South pole
