Let R be the radius of cylindrical container and H be the hieght of the container.
Cylindrical container :
R = 12/2 = 6 cm
H = 15 cm
Volume of cylindrical ice cream container = ∏R2H = begin mathsize 16px style 22 over 7 cross times 6 cross times 6 cross times 15 end style
Conical part of a ice cream :
Let r be the bradius and h be the height.
h = 2d = 4r
Let r1 be the radius of hemispherical part. r1 = r
Volume of ice cream in the cone with a hemisphere over it = Volume of cone + Volume of hemisphere
begin mathsize 16px style 1 third πr squared straight h space plus space 2 over 3 πr subscript 1 space end subscript squared space equals space 44 over 7 straight r cubed end style
Let n be the number of cones pilled.
begin mathsize 16px style straight n cross times 44 over 7 straight r cubed space equals space 22 over 7 cross times 6 cross times 6 cross times 15
rightwards double arrow straight r cubed space equals space 27
straight r space equals space 3 space cm end style
Radius of ice cream cones is 3 cm.
Diameter of ice cream cone is 6 cm.
