⭕ potassium has no 5p orbital , but answer given is option 4 ..plz explain !! Thanq 🙂

After heating, electrons get excited to higher energy level, due to absorption of energy. When these electrons return to ground state then it releases energy in form of radiations, if these radiations are in visible region then it appears as a characteristic colour of flame.
The violet flame shown by potassium is due to jumping of electron from 5p to 4s.
 
( orbitals depends on energy level , when we say it does not have 5p orbital it means we are consideering its normal state)
If sufficient energy is provided then it suddenly jumps on outer side and shifted to new shell
