I am not finding any link between photo-electric effect and Kα X-ray line. Photo electric effect is based on the workfinction of material, which is purely property of material and it is not related to atomic structure. But Kα line is related to atomic structure, transition from L shell to K shell of electron orbit.
What given in the questin is a list of stopping potential for different monochromatic x-ray radiations, but respective frquencies/wavelenths  of x-ray radiations are  not given.
If we are given the respective frquencies along with the stopping potentials, we should able to determine the workfunction of material and from workfunction it may be possible to identify the material. Then we may get some information about Kα line.
Hence it appears to me, the question does not have sufficient information to solve.
