The usual range for resting heart rate or pulse rate for a normal human adult is anywhere between 60 and 90 beats per minute with an average of 72 beats per minute. Heartbeats per minute will increase as soon as our body becomes active.
From the given data, it can be observed that the pulse rate is very high, i.e., 94 per minute. This might be due to some vigorous physical activity such as exercise. Then the pulse rate has been continuously dropping and finally reaching the normal value which is 74 per minute. This means that after physical activity the heart is now restoring its normal pulse rate which got elevated during exercise.
