The standard reduction potential for Cd2+ to Cd is -0.40 V

The standard reduction potential for Zn2+ to Zn is -0.76 V

So when zinc is replace by cadmium then electrode potential will decrease by 0.36 V as reducing power decreases from Zinc to Cadmium.
