projectile equations are
y = (v0sinθ0)t - (1/2)gt2 ............(1)
x = (v0cosθ0)t ........................(2)
 
where v0 and θ0 are initial speed and initial prjection angle respectively. (x,y) is the position coordinate at time t.
g is acceleration due to gravity ( let us assume g = 10 m/s2)
Let us eliminate t in (1) using (2), then we get
y = x tanθ0 - (1/2) (g x2 ) /(v02 cos2θ0 )  .....................(3)
 
(dy/dx) = tanθ0 -  (g x ) /(v02 cos2θ0 ) ..................(4)
 
we need x coordinate to get dy/dx at given y-position 5 m.
 
To get x coordinate, first we get time t from (1) for y=5, then we get x from (2) using time t .
 
hence if we solve for t at y=5 using (1) we get t = (√3-√2) s;
then corresponding x = 10(√3-√2) m
 
By substituting x and other given values in (4) we get the required slope (dy/dx) = √2
