Ray OA incident normally on the boundary of water-air. Hence there is no refraction and no deviation.

Angle of incidence for ray OB is 38° which is less than critical angle, hence only refraction.
The angle of refraction is obtained from the definition of refractive index

Angle of incidence of ray OC is 50º, greater than critical angle, hence total internal reflection is taking place
