I assume battery voltage is 12 V .
 
Three resistances 12Ω, 6Ω and 4Ω are in parallel.
 
Equivalent resistance of parallel combination of these resistors is begin mathsize 12px style equals space fraction numerator 12 cross times 6 cross times 4 over denominator 12 cross times 6 space plus space 12 cross times 4 space plus space 6 cross times 4 end fraction space equals space 2 space capital omega end style
hence current in ammeter is 12/2 = 6A
 
Voltage across A and B is 12 V. Hence current through 12Ω resistor is (12 V / 12 Ω )= 1 A
