Please solve these numerical by boyle's and charle's law 1.A gas occupies 3 litres at 0°C. What volume will it occupy at -20°C, pressure remains constant? A sample of carbon dioxide occupies 30 cm3 at 15°C and 740 mm pressure. Find its volume at S.T.P.(ans. 27.7 cc) 4. A gas occupies a volume of 1000 cc at 0°C and 760 mm pressure.  Find the volume of gas if temperature of the gas is increased by one fifth and its pressure is increased one and half times.(ans.800 cc) 5. A fixed volume of a gas occupies 380 cc at 27°C and 70 cm of mercury. What is its volume at S.T.P.(ans.318.5 cc) 6. The pressure of a gas at S.T.P. is doulbed and the temperature is raised to 273°C. What is the final volume of the gas.  7. One litre of a gas weighs 1.33g at 750 mm of mercury and 77°C. Calculate the weight of 500 ml of the gas at 37°C and 640 mm hg.(ans.0.640 g)  8. At 0°C and 760mm hg pressure  , a gas occupies a volume of 100 cm3. The kelvin temperature of the gas increased by one-fifth while the pressure is increased one and half times. Calculate the final volume of the gas. (Ans. 80 cc)
