Let mass m1 move up with acceleration. Let masses m2 and m3 are moving down with acceleration a.
 
Figure shows the tension forces acting on each block along with own weight.
 
Let us apply Newton's law for each block
 
Block of mass m1 :    T1 - m1 g         = m1 a  .......................(1)
Block of mass m2 :    T2 + m2 g - T1 = m2 a  .......................(2)
Block of mass m3 :     m3 g - T2        = m3 a  .......................(3)
 
By adding LHS and RHS of all the above equations, we get,  (m3 + m2 - m1) g = ( m1 + m2 + m3 ) a .......................(4)
 
from eqn.(4), we get acceleration   begin mathsize 14px style a space equals open parentheses fraction numerator m subscript 2 plus m subscript 3 minus m subscript 1 over denominator m subscript 1 plus m subscript 2 plus m subscript 3 end fraction close parentheses space g end style  ........................(5)
Tension T2 is obtained from eqn.(3) and using substitutution fro acceleration using eqn.(5)
