Salutation, (Eg: Dear …,)

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

(Recipient’s Address).

 

Subject: An order for books.

 

Introduction: Begin by introducing yourself and the purpose of writing the letter.

 

Body Paragraph: Provide the names of the books that you need in the form of a list along with related information. For example: its year of publishing and the name of the publisher.

Conclusion: Mention how soon you will be needing the books and the additional costs which you are ore are not ready to pay.
