Please give me the increasing order of boiling points of all the functional groups(hydrocarbons, alkylhalides, aldehydes, ketones, carboxylic acid, alcohol, phenol, ether, aniline, amines, ammonia).

There is no particular order of boiling points because in any functional group there are several compounds, each with a different boiling point.
There are 3 important factors which decide the boiling point of a compound.
1) The relative strength of the intermolecular forces like
Ionic > Hydrogen bonding > dipole-dipole moment > van der Waals forces .
The effect of these forces depends on the functional group which is present in the compound.
2) No. of carbon atoms present is directly proportional to boiling point.
3) Boiling point decreases as branching in the compound increases.
