Dear Student

Radiation absorbance and reflactance are some kind of Harmonic Oscillator.

a) If an  oscillator cannot absorb a frequency that menas it can not accomodate that frequency ===>

if it can npt carry aq frewuency how can it radiate the same frequency???

b) If an  oscillator cannot absorb a frequency that menas it reflects/rejects the frequency

c)Bad reflector means it absorbs the frequency and it is carrying the frequency when the situtation is arises it can radiate the same frequency.

d)a bad emitter is a good absorber   ?  it seems it is not correct

It will be just converse of (a)
