When a bar magnet is moved through the coil from one side to the other, the flux induced in the coil changes.

This change in flux causes changing emf to be induced in the coil. The emf  so induced is given by the law

begin mathsize 12px style straight epsilon equals negative dϕ over dt end style

Now, using this equation we can find the emf.

When the magnet is moved towards the coil, the flux increases and so does emf. But, because of the negative sign the emf is negative.

This is represented only in the graph (B). However, we will still continue the explanation.

When the magnet is just inside, the emf is maximum.

Now when the magnet is completely inside the coil, the emf induced by upper half of the magnet starts cancelling the emf induced by the lower portion. This causes the emf to fall to zero and at the mid-point it is completely zero. This is shown by the crossing of horizontal axis in graph (B).

Finally when the magnet is at the right end of the coil and it starts coming out the flux starts increasing again and so does the emf. But, the direction of flux is opposite to when it entered. This is shown by positive peak.

Hence, the correct graph is (B).
