Answer:
Moment of inertia is defined as I = mr^2,Where m is the mass and r is the perpendicular distance from axis of rotation.
 In the given case x axis is axis of rotation so the mass will lie in y-z plane. So perpendicular distance in y-z plane from origin
X =√(y^2 + z^2)
So MOI about x axis = m(x^2+ z^2)
 
So option  3 is correct.
