Please explain that how can we make a body positively charged by earthing

Take the negatively charged body near to the neutral body. By doing so, the positive charge gets induced near the negatively charged body. Now, connect the body to the ground. Due to earthing, the negative charges will flow to the earth and the positive charges will get uniformly distributed on the body.
