Covalency:
Valence characterized by the sharing of electrons in a chemical compound. It is the number of pairs of electrons an atom can share.
Covalency is related to covalent bond formation.
Covalency of oxygen is 2 as it shares 2 electrons in a covalent bonding.

Electrovalency:
It is valence characterised by the transfer of electrons from atoms of one element to atoms of another during the formation of an ionic bond between the atoms. Also can be said as the number of electric charges lost or gained by an atom in such a transfer.
Electrovalency of oxygen is -2 as it accepts two electrons and forms O2- while forming ionic bond.
Electrovalency of sodium is +1 as it donates one electron and forms Na+ while forming ionic bond.
