Please can you give me the format, including the procedure in detail, of the effect of intensity of light
(by varying distance of the source) on an LDR using a metre bridge for my investigatory project.

Get a parallel intense light beam using a light source and lense as shown in figure. connect the LDR to meter bridge and use standard resitance or resistance box as reference. vary the distance between LDR and light source to get light intensity variation. As the intensity varies the resistance will vary
and you can measure the variation of resistance of LDR using meter bridge
