Figure shows the p-n junction diode charactersic . None of the graph given in the options of question resemble above characterstic graph.
There will not be any current for -ve voltage. Hence graph-(1) , graph-(3) and graph-(4) are eliminated without any doubt.
But graph-(2) should not show saturation, otherwise graph(2) is similar to p-n junction diode characterstic
