Yes, the two questions are almost the same. The only difference is the diagram involved.
 
The first question asks about the functions of the heart which may carry 3 marks. In this, you need to include only the function but you may exclude the double circulation as it is a separate procedure. So, you need not require to draw any diagram.
 
The second question asks about the detailed structure of the human heart which is a 5 mark question. In this, you have to draw and neat and labeled diagram of the human heart. In addition to that, you need to explain all the functions and steps including double circulation.
