The correct answer to the above question is the option b.
Both the isomers have same configuration i.e., 'S' hence they are homomers.
Isomer 2: in this isomer, the lowest priority group is not below (dotted bond means that substituent is at the backside) hence we have to revert this configuration from R to S.
