Answer:
Accoring to Hendersons equation for weak base and strong acid we know -
 
pOH = pKb + log[Salt]/[Base]
 
= 4.8 + log[2/2] = 4.8 - log 1 = 4.8                 { since 1 mole of acid will neutralize 2 moles of base so, base concentration remaining is 2mole}
 
pH = pW - pOH = 14 - 4.8 = 9.2   (option 2)
