It is assumed that Rs. 125 share of asian chemicals means face value of this share id Rs. 125

Let number of asian chemicakls shares initially sold was x.
If each share was sold at Rs.150 ,  Amount received by selling x shares = Rs.150x

If Rs.50 share of Saras chemicals purchased at Rs. 40 with the sold amount of asian chemical's share,

Number of Saras chemicals shares = ( 150x/40 )

If divident is 10% for Saras chemicals, divdent for each share = Rs.5

Hence divident income from saras chemicals shares = (150x/40)5 = Rs.75x/4

Divident income of Asian chemicals share = (125x)(12/100) = 15x

difference in divident income = (75x/4) - 15x = 825    or 15x = 3300   or  x = 220
