Out of 1900 km vishal travelled distance by bus and aeroplane avg speed of bus is 60 km while that of aeroplane is 700 km It takes 5 hours to complete the journey find the distance travelled by bus

Let the distance travelled by bus is x km
speed 60km/hr
time = x/60
 
distance travelled by aeroplane 1900-x
speed 700km/hr
time =  (1900-x)/700
fraction numerator 1900 minus straight x over denominator 700 end fraction plus straight x over 60 equals 5 straight x equals 150 space km
so distance travelled by bus is 150km
