There are two numbers with the same "Hundreds" value of 1, so move down to the "Tens".
One number has a 0 in the tens, and the other has a 9, so 9 is greater. So 190.70 is bigger than 107.90
For the remaining numbers, compare the "Tens": Two of them have a 1 in the tens place and the other has a 0. The 1's are higher, so for 17.90 and 19.07, we have to compare the "Units", so 19.07 is bigger than 17.90
Finally comes the number with the 1 in the ones, which is 001.97 The decimals must be in the order, highest to lowest:
190.7 > 107.9 > 19.07 > 17.09 > 1.97
