One side of a parallelogram is 10 cm. If its diagonals are 12 cm and 16 cm; find the area of the parallelogram.

At first we have to calculate the area of triangle having sides 10 cm, 6 cm and 8 cm.

Then from the area of the triangle we need to calculate the height of the triangle and making it to double we get the height of the parallelogram.

Let the area of the triangle be A and height h.

Hence height of the parallelogram = 9.6 cm
