sigma=73X10^-7, h=20X10^-2,g=9.8m/s^2
 
Excess pressure at depth h, p = h X ro X g= 196000X10^-2 = 1960 N/m^2
 
In the equilibrium position, R = 2 X 73X10-7/1960 = 0.075X 10^-7m
