My question was whether humans are also made up of atoms? I have read that atoms cannot be destroyed. Is this true? and if humans are also made with atoms what happen to these atoms after a person's death? And my final question is that is there anything which does not consist of atoms? can vaccum be an example?

Yes, it is true that atoms can not be destroyed.
After a person's death, the body is eaten by bacteria, fungi, insects, small animals etc. Hence, the body atoms eventually becomes the atoms of animal, plant, earth or wind.
Yes, vaccum does not consist of atoms.
