Sikandar Lodi is regarded as the most capable ruler of the Lodi dynasty. His achievements were
- He annexed Jaunpur and Bihar. He also signed a treaty of friendship with Bengal.
- Besides crushing revolts, he established a just administration in India.
- He was the founder of the modern city of Agra and made it the capital of his empire.
