members of 2 groups will be incapable of reproducing with each other even if they meet becoz of variations but human beings are able 2 reproduce even they have variations & they are able 2 reproduce even they are far away from each other

Dear student,
This is because in humans, gene flow occurs so as to prevent them from becoming isolated from each other. The variations that you are talking about are minor ones seen in every species; these will not prevent two members of a species from reproducing. Only when two members of a species have been isolated from each other for a long time, will they become sufficiently different from each other so as to prevent them from interbreeding.
