Please learn theory of Thomson's atomic model, its limitation and diagram, Rutherford's alpha particles scattering experiment, its observation, conclusion, model of an atom, its drawback and diagram, Bohr's atomic theory with diagram.Also, learn parameters of atom which includes definition of atomic number, atomic mass, Isotopes, Isobars with their examples.

Please learn atomic number of first 20 elements so that it will be easy for you to draw structural diagrams of atom if asked in the question paper. For this your concept of Bohr's distribution of electrons in atoms should be clear.
