The density of the irregular surface can be found by using the eureka can.
Eureka can is an overflow container.
The principle of finding the density is as follows:
- Calculate the mass of the irregular body.
- The volume of this irregular body can be found by measuring the volume of the water that has been displaced outside the eureka can.
- Knowing the mass and volume it is easy to find the density using the formula, Density = mass/volume
