A series of life sustaining reactions and processes continuously occur within the living organisms. For this to occur, various molecules and elements have to interact with each other. This is an on going process. For this, various kinds of molecular movements are needed. Only then can the life processes take place. Living organisms are well organized structures. This organised ordered nature of of living organisms can break down over time due to the effects of the environments. If the order breaks down, the organism will no longer be alive. To repair and maintain the order of these structures (which are made up of molecules), molecular movements are needed all the time.
