Force on plate-γ = Q×[ σ/(2εo) ] Newton;
Where Q is the charge on plate-γ and σ is the charge density on plate-β.

σ = q/S, where q is the charge on plate-β and A is the surface area of that plate

Force on plate-γ = Q×[ q/(S×2εo) ] Newton;

(2) Charegs on plate-β and plate-γ remains same, i.e. q and Q

(3) to get the velocity we use the equation of motion " v2 = u2+2aS ", with initial velocity u =0;

acceleration a = Force/mass = Q×[ q/(S×m×2εo) ] ; m is mass of plate-γ;

hence velocity = square root of ( 2 × Q×[ q/(S×m×2εo) ]×d )
