It is said that monkeys resemble human organs and cells very similarly and after monkeys come chickens. How is it so?

Humans share approximately 93% of their DNA sequences with the monkeys. This is evident because humans and monkeys are mammals. Humans also share approximately 65% of their DNA sequences with the chickens. As a result of this extent of matching of DNA sequences and genes, humans closely resemble monkeys followed by the chickens. This also relates to the evolutionary history of humans, monkeys and chickens.
