Hi,

  • Anti-bodies against an antigen or a foreign protein are produced only when, they are exposed in blood.
  • A direct contact between blood and sperms is prevented. This is carried out by Sartoli cells.
  • These cells form a membrane which acts as barrier and separates the sperm from blood. Hence, the immune response is prevented.
