Hi Laxman,
NCERT is the fundamental book for NEET curriculum. You have to be thorough with all the fundamental concepts in NCERT. But to top in NEET, you need to refer some reference books. NCERT will be a base for you while refering the reference books. You can topperlearning question banks by subscribing where you will find a variability in NEET and other medical entrance examinations.
